  • Current month’s Notice of Collection (if not available, proceed to Customer Service Desk for assistance)
  • Cash or Check payable to Tandag Water District

How to Avail the Service:

For those who failed to bring Notice of Collection (Water Bill)
1 Proceeds to Customer Service Desk Determines customer’s account payable 5 minutes Frontline Service In-charge None Notes indicating the account payable
2 Presents account payable Processes payment using the WBCS and issue Official Receipt 5 minutes Teller Total Amount Due
3 Receives OR (customer’s copy) and change, if any
